1. Scope of Service

ZebraClaw ("we", "us", "our") provides a deployment and management platform that provisions cloud servers running OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework.

ZebraClaw deploys and manages the server infrastructure only. We are not responsible for:

  • The operation, behavior, or output of OpenClaw or any AI models running on your server.
  • The accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any content generated by AI models.
  • Any decisions you make based on AI-generated output.
  • Third-party services you connect to your server (messaging channels, AI providers, etc.).

2. Beta Disclaimer

ZebraClaw is currently in beta. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • Features may change, be removed, or break without prior notice.
  • We do not guarantee any specific uptime or provide a service-level agreement (SLA).
  • Pricing, plans, and included resources may change as the service evolves.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time.

3. AI Content Disclaimer

Your deployed server uses AI language models provided by third parties (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others). You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected.
  • You must independently verify any information, advice, or output produced by AI models before relying on it.
  • ZebraClaw does not control, filter, or monitor the outputs of AI models on your server.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use and act upon AI-generated content.
  • AI models may produce different results for the same input and may change behavior when providers update them.

4. Account and Billing

You must create an account to use ZebraClaw. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • Server hosting is billed monthly through Stripe. Charges begin when your server is deployed.
  • You are responsible for any AI provider API costs incurred by your server (billed separately by the provider).
  • Subscription cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
  • If payment fails, your server may be suspended or destroyed after a grace period.

5. Your Server and Data

Each deployment creates a dedicated cloud server that you control:

  • Data stored on your server (conversations, configurations, API keys) is your responsibility.
  • Destroying a server permanently deletes all data on it. This action cannot be undone.
  • We may access your server for support purposes or to apply security updates, but we do not monitor or log your conversations.
  • You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve before destroying a server.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ZebraClaw to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Use the service in ways that could damage, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.
  • Resell or redistribute access to ZebraClaw without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ZebraClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any harm caused by AI model outputs, third-party service outages, or data loss on your server.

8. Termination

You may stop using ZebraClaw and destroy your servers at any time through the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or if continued operation is not feasible.

Upon termination, your deployed servers will be destroyed and all data on them will be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
